I work with adults and teens ages 16+, with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, and the unique challenges women experience across different stages of life. As a woman diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding of how easily ADHD can be overlooked or misunderstood. Alongside this focus, I work with clients navigating depression, grief, school or career stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions, helping them build greater self-understanding, practical coping strategies, and confidence in moving forward.

My Approach

A collaborative, strengths-based, client-centered approach using evidence-based practices, with expressive arts included when helpful.

Experience & Background

In addition to private practice, I am experienced working in community, inpatient, residential treatment facilities, PHP and IOP treatment programs, and adult and adolescent forensic settings.

Licensed in Washington and California. In-person therapy on Bainbridge Island. Telehealth throughout Washington.
