Who I Work With

Adults and teens 16+ navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, ambiguous loss, identity exploration, school stress, career changes, job loss, and women’s mental health transitions. 

My Approach

A collaborative, strengths-based, client-centered approach using evidence-based practices, with expressive arts included when helpful.

Experience & Background

In addition to private practice, I am experienced working in community, inpatient, residential treatment facilities, PHP and IOP treatment programs, and adult and adolescent forensic settings. 

Licensure & Location

Licensed in Washington and California. In-person therapy on Bainbridge Island. Telehealth throughout Washington.
